Facility Workflow

From material receipt to project dispatch

PunchTech follows a structured manufacturing workflow that connects technical requirements with production execution.

01 Engineering & Production Planning

Approved drawings, specifications, materials, quantities, inspection requirements and delivery schedules are reviewed before manufacturing begins. The team plans the sequence, material requirements, equipment utilization and inspection points around the approved scope.

02 Material Receipt & Identification

Incoming materials are received, identified and reviewed against the specified project requirements. Material certificates and traceability records can be maintained where included in the agreed quality scope.

03 Cutting & Punching

Sheet and plate components are processed using fiber laser cutting, CNC turret punching, shearing and other approved manufacturing methods.

04 Bending & Forming

Components are formed according to approved drawings, bend requirements, segment layouts and manufacturing tolerances.

05 Fabrication & Assembly

Individual components are fitted, fabricated and assembled into trays, internals, support systems, sub-assemblies and engineered industrial products.

06 Inspection

Components are checked during production and final assembly to confirm dimensions, fit-up, identification and conformity with approved drawings.

07 Packing & Dispatch

Finished equipment is identified, protected, documented and packed according to the project destination, handling requirements and agreed delivery scope.

Core Production Areas

Integrated capabilities across the manufacturing process

Engineering & Drafting

Production drawings, segment layouts, bills of materials, component identification and installation information developed against approved inputs.

Fiber Laser Cutting

Precision profile cutting for sheet and plate components manufactured from approved drawings.

CNC Turret Punching

Repeatable punching, perforation and formed-feature production for trays, internals and industrial sheet metal.

Shearing & Material Prep

Sheet preparation, de-coiling, straightening and shearing for project-specific production requirements.

CNC Bending & Forming

Controlled forming of panels, trays, channels, brackets, segments and engineered components.

Fabrication & Assembly

Fit-up, fabrication and assembly of process internals, industrial components and fabricated sub-assemblies.

Dimensional Inspection

In-process and final verification of critical dimensions against approved drawings and project requirements.

Packing & Dispatch Prep

Component identification, equipment-wise packing, export preparation and dispatch coordination within scope.

Product-Focused Manufacturing

Specialized infrastructure for mass transfer equipment

PunchTech is not positioned as a general-purpose fabrication workshop. Our facility has been developed around the manufacturing needs of engineered products used inside process columns, towers, separators and industrial vessels.

These products require:

  • Accurate segmentation
  • Controlled dimensions
  • Consistent perforation & forming
  • Correct assembly orientation
  • Reliable support & fastening
  • Clear component identification
  • Practical manway access
  • Installation-aware packing
  • Inspection against approved drawings
  • Project-specific documentation

Engineering Connected to Production

Reducing the gap between design and manufacturing

Manufacturing challenges are easier to manage when engineering and production teams work within one coordinated system. Before manufacturing release, PunchTech can review:

  • Material availability
  • Cutting & punching feasibility
  • Bend locations & forming
  • Critical tolerances
  • Product segmentation
  • Assembly sequence
  • Inspection access
  • Handling & lifting
  • Manway & installation limits
  • Packing & transportation

This design-for-manufacturing approach helps identify production risks before material and capacity are committed.

Quality Control

Inspection built into the manufacturing workflow

PunchTech operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Depending on the approved project scope, quality controls may include:

  • Approved drawing & revision control
  • Incoming material verification
  • Material traceability where required
  • In-process dimensional checks
  • Forming & fabrication inspection
  • Fit-up & assembly verification
  • Final inspection vs approved drawings
  • Component identification & tagging
  • Customer / third-party inspection
  • Inspection reports & documentation
  • Packing & dispatch verification

Quality requirements, inspection points and documentation responsibilities are defined during the quotation and order-review stages.
